That her every tear and despondency are your fault?

Afraid my instinct is to run away as far as I could. :pAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24383995.post-62038865499144177152011-11-20T18:23:43.223+08:002011-11-20T18:23:43.223+08:00The image of the sheep invokes in me more than jus...The image of the sheep invokes in me more than just a past reality in biblical times but with my ongoing Chinese Zodiac sign that I was born under. Therefore it is easy for me to relate to a Shepherd. Am I content to be just a meek creature; blindly following, feeding on pastures, and end up on the table merely as meat? What about the other grass feeders?
In my family of five, I share pastures with my wife (cow), two rabbits, and a rat. My relationships with these fellow grazers, bar one, can at times be territorial especially when a line is crossed. We feed tenuously in areas of choices that we make.
How then do we look upon others that wander into our field?
My lifelong engagement is devoted to being a shepherd to those I hold dearly with sufficient space in my little acre to offer comfort to others in need, a shelter to take stock before going on their way.
The Shepherd is also my King, and offers examples of how I can learn to share my lot.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
