Worst still, there is no room for God, His name is never mentioned. Sunday mass is just a bothersome
obligation.
It seems there is no warmth, no light, no joy....just stress.
Whereas others live simply, sometimes even the basics are missing. But they have
reserved a place for God, the Christ. He plays a big part in their daily life. And they deal with one another with respect and love. And this love stays with them in everything they do and the way they interact with others....
That is where and how I would want to live....
Our Lord God has welcomed us through baptism and prepared a place for us in His
kingdom through His sacrifice on the Cross and His Resurrection.

And it is there where I want to live....in His house. I want to be close to Him.
So I pray:
Lord Jesus you have said: "I am the the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me..."
Lord, let me never turn away from you, let me never forget that you are always at my
side. Jesus, I trust in you, I love you, I thank you with all my heart ,I glorify you.
AmenAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24383995.post-38114021843558719332016-05-12T12:14:42.954+08:002016-05-12T12:14:42.954+08:00I have thought about your sermon through this week...I have thought about your sermon through this week. And I cannot help but make a connection between those verses which speak about building a spiritual house and this reflection. Initially, it appears daunting to be able to follow in the footsteps of Stephen and John, but 1 Peter puts it across beautifully why we can do so.

- SAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24383995.post-36913245081040656762016-05-08T22:02:08.957+08:002016-05-08T22:02:08.957+08:00O Lord,
